Keeping our Taonga Safe, Healthy and Secure for all.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children are not the responsibility of other customers OR Pool Workers.
Don’t dig mud from in or around the pools – do not use the mud on your body. These are mineral waters not mud pools.
No nudity or revealing swim wear. Swim wear that exposes buttocks is not appropriate for both male and female here at Ngawha Springs. Please be considerate and dress conservatively. If you don’t have appropriate swim wear with you, please ask at reception for an alternative.
No alcohol or illegal substances
No smoking or vaping within the pool complex
No food is to be eaten in or near the pool areas or in the pool shelters. Areas for eating are at the café space and the decks at the main building.
No glass
No running, jumping or diving
No spitting.
Please make sure that children are wearing pants and babies wear a swimming nappy.
Be considerate and respectful to all other bathers

Please let Pool Workers know if you have any concerns, queries or complaints. Let them know if you have an accident, slip or fall.
Pool Workers may need to remind Customers of these policies from time to time. Please don’t be offended if this is necessary.
If you do not follow Pool Worker requests, you will be asked to leave.

- Stay hydrated, sip water – sun, heat, wind will dehydrate you.
- Be careful how long you spend in the hotter pools if you have medical conditions.
- Mind the steps and seats in our pools – they are not easy to see due to the colours of our mineral springs.
- Do not leave your belongings or valuables unattended or in the changing rooms.
